Membership in FORM brings you into fellowship with other Rotarians and Rotaractors who share your interest in magic. You don't have to be a professional magician to join. You just need to have in interest in magic and you must be an active member of Rotary or Rotaract. As a fellowship we share ideas and swap experiences. You will have access to a list of our members and we encourage direct communications via, e-mail, telephone or "snail" mail. You can also send us your ideas for publication on this web site and in our newsletter. Each year some of our members gather for face-to-face fellowship at the Rotary International Convention. Spouses are always welcome at this event or they may join the fellowship themselves.

It is easy to join - just two steps.

Pay your annual dues of $25 USD. You can include a check with your mailed application form or you can pay dues annually with PayPal. Paying with PayPal avoids iisues with currency exchange, you can pay with a major credit card, and there is no charge to you for this service. To pay with PayPal, click the "Subscribe" button.

When we receive both your application and dues, we will send you a membership card and provide a UserName and Password so you can access our convidential on-line features.
